Reigning from Parma, Italy, They Become Martyrs released their latest single, "Cowards & Stones" today! The band mixes elements of djent and progressive metal with intricate instrumentals, hardcore elements through screaming and growling vocals, and even melodic elements with the use of brighter guitar instrumentals that stand out in contrast to the heavier chugging.

The 2-minute track is overflowing with energy and a fast-paced sound. They Become Martyrs creates a unique blend of hardcore metal that mixes in high guitar runs, adding a very different sense to the typical hardcore sound. "Cowards & Stones" even throws in an unexpected breakdown with off-time guitar chugging in a Meshuggah-reminiscent style.
