Reigning from South Florida, hard rock/metalcore band, Vagrant Son, creates a powerful and emotional song with 2022 single, “The Heretic”. The track starts with heavy hitting guitar riffage that leads into melodic singing and screamed/growled vocals. With a “blegh” listeners are thrown into an intense breakdown with appealing double bass drum beats and bending guitar notes.

Vagrant Son mixes brutal breakdowns and heavy metal with huge, emotional choruses and strong hooks. “The Heretic” is a well-written song that keeps a fresh sound with multiple different influences. Fans of metalcore, deathcore and even hard rock, will really enjoy Vagrant Son!
