Hailing from Pennsylvania, **Strange Culture** released the official music video for their 2024 single *Volcano Butcher* on March 14th. You can watch the video on YouTube below:

*Volcano Butcher* bursts into action with a hard-hitting bending riff before speeding into a faster tempo and introducing brutal screams. After a booming drum fill, Strange Culture jumps into an anthemic chorus with soaring vocals and dramatic silence building upon addictive melodies.

Strange Culture does an excellent job of utilizing contrast between singing/screaming vocals and clean guitar instrumentals that suddenly launch into crushingly heavy sections. After a final chorus, the Pennsylvania metal outfit catapults the listener into a destructive breakdown filled with distorted guitar chugging, double bass drumming, and distant tremolo guitar melodies harmonizing in the background before fading out.
