Ohio metal act **Subterfuge**, just unleashed their debut single *Fragments of the Hive*. The track bursts into action with heavy-hitting guitar riffs and soaring leads alongside explosive cymbal crashes and racing tempos. Building distorted, lofi vocals soon evolve into full clarity as the song kicks into full intensity. Subterfuge quickly showcases a sound that mixes classic heavy metal with speeding thrash-inspired grooves.
