Metal act hailing from New Jersey, Ender released their single "The Straw" on July 26th. The track starts off with aggressive drop-tuned guitar chugging, harsh screams, and slamming drum beats that quickly establish a brutally intense metal sound. With excellent production, Ender creates a modern and destructively heavy sound that seems to mix elements of deathcore, metalcore, and hardcore into an attractively violent blend of extreme metal.

 Dissonant guitar strikes create high-pitched elements that establish contrast between the low guitars and screaming. "The Straw" showcases a multitude of beautifully fierce breakdowns with dramatic bass drops, rhythmic double bass drum patterns, and energetic metal vocals. From start to finish, Ender brings it with "The Straw" mixing multiple genres of extreme metal to create an exhibition of crushing heaviness, hard-hitting instrumentals, and talented screams and growls. With distant melodic elements like pads and orchestral strings, Ender masterfully layers melody behind the band's intense sound, forming complex and wildly-interesting soundscapes.
