1. Eligibility & Sign-Up Requirements
- Participants must be 18 years or older and reside within the United States.
- A valid shipping address and full legal name are required.
- Participants must have an established online presence on at least one platform (e.g., Reddit, Head-Fi, YouTube, personal blog).
- Participants agree to complete the full two-week review period and shipping timeline.
2. Tour Schedule & Review Window
- Each participant receives the IEM for a maximum of 14 calendar days, starting from delivery confirmation.
- Review should ideally be posted within 2 weeks of receiving the IEM, but extensions can be requested if applicable.
- Failure to ship on time may result in removal from future tours.
3. Review Requirements
Participants must:
- Publish at least one public review on a platform such as:
- Head-Fi
- YouTube
- Personal blog or website
- The review should include topics like:
- Listening impressions
- Build quality and comfort
- Source chain used
- Music genres tested
- Honest, unbiased feedback is expected—positive reviews are not required.
4. Care, Handling & Hygiene
- Participants must handle the IEM with care and respect, as it will be used by others.
- Always use personal eartips; do not use or share included tips unless sealed and unused.
- Clean the IEM shells and nozzles before shipping using alcohol wipes or approved cleaning methods.
- Do not expose the IEM to moisture, extreme temperatures, or physical stress.
5. Prohibited Actions
Participants may not:
- Modify, open, or repair the IEM.
- Swap cables unless permitted by the organizer.
- Resell, trade, or loan the IEM to anyone else.
- Use the IEM for stage performance, workouts, or environments that risk damage.
- Keep the unit beyond the assigned period.
6. Shipping Responsibilities
- Participants are responsible for shipping the IEM to the next participant within 48 hours of their review period ending.
- Shipping must include:
- Tracking number
- Insurance (recommended)
- Tracking details must be shared with the organizer and the next participant.
- Participants are responsible for shipping costs to the next reviewer unless otherwise stated.
7. Damage, Loss & Liability
- Participants assume responsibility for the IEM while in their possession.
- Any damage, loss, or malfunction must be reported immediately.
- Depending on circumstances, participants may be responsible for:
- Repair costs
- Replacement costs
- Failure to communicate issues may result in a permanent ban from future tours.
8. Communication Expectations
- Participants should maintain timely communication via:
- Discord
- Reddit DMs (as designated)
9. Agreement & Acknowledgment
By joining the tour, participants acknowledge that they:
- Have read and understood all rules
- Agree to comply fully
- Accept responsibility for the IEM while in their possession
