Treefrost is a new metal solo project recently formed by Marco Müller, hailing from Germany. Treefrost is a project that Marco composes, arranges, and writes lyrics for while enlisting the help of AI to bring his ideas to life.

From the debut album Trials Of The Lost Warriors comes the song Frozen, which begins with theatrical strings and rapid staccato orchestral hits before introducing explosive guitar chugs and soaring guitar lead harmonies. Soon Treefrost introduces haunting female vocals that may remind of acts like Evanescence before suddenly building into male screamed vocals before launching into fully fledged melodic metal. Frozen bursts into an energetic chorus as a grandiose atmosphere is created in an epic power metal fashion.

Frozen delivers a symphonic sound full of orchestral elements while racing melodic metal drives the harder side of the music. At just over 7 minutes, Treefrost showcases a sound driven by a theatrical sound that reminds of genres like symphonic metal, power metal, and viking metal.
