Concert Review: A Day To Remember, Yellowcard, State Champs, and Boundaries in Tampa
Tampa, FL | MidFlorida Credit Union Amphitheatre | 2025
Some nights at the amphitheatre feel bigger than just another show. This one carried that energy from the very beginning. With A Day To Remember, Yellowcard, State Champs, and Boundaries all on the same bill, Tampa was treated to a night that blended nostalgia, fresh new music, and enough energy to leave every fan hoarse and exhausted by the end.

Boundaries opened the evening with unrelenting force. Their crushing sound shook the amphitheatre from the first note, and pits broke out almost immediately. The intensity of their set felt like a signal to the crowd that this night was not going to ease in slowly. It was a hard-hitting introduction that perfectly set the pace for what was ahead.
State Champs Bring the Party

State Champs followed and shifted the atmosphere into something explosive yet playful. Their brand of pop punk thrives in a live setting, and they had fans bouncing, singing, and moving from the pit all the way to the lawn. Their interaction with the crowd made the performance feel personal, even in such a massive venue. Every song carried the kind of energy that pulled everyone in and turned the set into a celebration.
Yellowcard Mix Emotion with Nostalgia

Yellowcard took the stage next and added a wave of emotion to the night. With their upcoming album Better Days arriving October 8, they gave fans an early listen to songs like “Bedroom Poster” and the title track “Better Days.” The new material was well received, but the highlight came at the end of their set. When “Ocean Avenue” began, the entire amphitheatre erupted into one enormous singalong. Thousands of voices carried the song into the night, creating a moment that felt timeless.

A Day To Remember closed the night and reminded Tampa why they remain one of the most commanding live acts in the scene. Their setlist delivered a powerful mix of classic fan favorites and fresh tracks from Big Ole Album Vol. 1. Each song built more momentum, with pits erupting and waves of crowd surfers moving toward the barricade. Jeremy McKinnon held the crowd in the palm of his hand, keeping the energy at its peak until the very last note.
A Night to Remember in Tampa
Boundaries brought the heavy start, State Champs kept the energy alive, Yellowcard gave the night its emotional heart, and A Day To Remember finished it with an unforgettable finale.
