The Neighbourhood has officially announced (( ( ( (ultraSOUND) ) ) ) )+, the deluxe edition of their 2025 comeback album, set for release on February 20th via Warner Records. The expanded collection bolts five new studio tracks onto the original LP, offering fans a deeper dive into the band's exploration of heartbreak and self-realization through their signature moody, electronic-tinged alternative rock.

The five new additions—"Start," "Good Grief," "Lulu," "Red Flag," and "Bed"—push the album's sonic boundaries further into electronic territory. "Red Flag" notably features an EDM-style drop alongside vocal samples and vocoder processing, while the remaining tracks build upon the atmospheric, West Coast alt-rock foundation that defines the original record. The deluxe edition will be available across all digital platforms as well as physical CD and vinyl configurations.

Released this past November, (((((ultraSOUND)))))+ marked the California band's first full-length in five years and their first material since reuniting. Produced by longtime collaborators Justyn Pilbrow and Jono Dorr, the album debuted to strong commercial success, with lead single "Hula Girl" currently sitting in the Top 20 of the U.S. Alternative Radio chart. The record dominated alternative charts across North America, Europe, and Asia, while companion singles "Private" and "Lovebomb" each arrived with official music videos.

"'UltraSOUND' was about capturing that moment of reconnection—both with each other and with our sound," says frontman Jesse Rutherford. "These extra songs are the conversations we kept having after we thought we'd said everything. They complete the picture."

The album cycle has already generated significant moments for the band. Ahead of the November release, The Neighbourhood staged a surprise pop-up appearance on Melrose in Los Angeles, drawing crowds that stretched multiple city blocks for an impromptu signing session. The release itself was celebrated with an intimate, sold-out show for 1,500 fans—their first live performance in four years and the debut of their new material on stage. The band further amplified the album with a "Lovebomb" performance on Jimmy Kimmel Live! and an exclusive post-release sit-down with Zane Lowe.

The deluxe release sets the stage for The Neighbourhood's most ambitious tour to date. The band will also hit Australia and Asia, with headline bookings at Madison Square Garden in New York, London's O2 Arena, and a hometown finale at Los Angeles' Kia Forum on October 9th. Tickets for the tour went on sale on November 7th, with European and most U.S. dates selling out within minutes.

About The Neighbourhood:

Formed in 2011, The Neighbourhood—Jesse Rutherford (vocals), Zach Abels (guitar), Brandon Fried (drums), Jeremy Freeman (bass), and Mikey Margott (guitar)—emerged from California with a genre-blending approach that quickly defined alternative rock in the 2010s. Their double-Platinum debut I Love You. (2013) spawned the multi-Platinum crossover hit "Sweater Weather," which topped Billboard's Alternative chart and became a cultural touchstone. The band continued evolving through Wiped Out! (2015), their self-titled album (2018), and Chip Chrome & the Mono-Tones (2020), accumulating five multi-Platinum, six Platinum, and eight Gold-certified singles alongside two additional Platinum albums. With (((((ultraSOUND)))))+ and its deluxe companion, the band enters their next chapter from a position of renewed creative momentum.
